Can I return or exchange my order?

READ CAREFULLY. BUGGIRL200 IS A SMALL, LOCAL HOUSTON BUSINESS AND DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF THE GUIDELINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED.  

We accept exchanges and returns if you contact us through an email to HELLO@BUGGIRL200.com with your order number or the full name the order was placed under within 10 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn, and is exactly as we shipped it to you. If your email is received by HELLO@BUGGIRL200.com within 10 days of delivery, your exchange or return will be accepted as long as all of the other guidelines are met. Once you email us to begin a return, we will send the return label (free for USA shipping) and begin the return for you. Once you ship your item/s back to us within 7 days of receiving your label, email us and we will verify with the tracking and then ship you the item/s you wish to exchange for or send your refund which will deliver to your original payment method within 10 days of being sent after your package is shipped back to us.

REMEMBER TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE LABEL OR YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED OR REFUNDED AND YOUR EXCHANGE IS NO LONGER VALID.

PLEASE CAREFULLY FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES AS NO LATE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

RETURNS IN THE USA ARE FREE. INTERNATIONAL RETURN LABELS MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE BUYER, NOT BUGGIRL200.

NON NEGOTIABLE: For returns or exchanges, you will not be refunded for the original shipping fee, just the cost you paid for the item/s you return. If you do not ship the item/s within the 7 day period after receiving your label, you will NOT be refunded and your return/exchange is void and no compensation or exchange will be available. If you choose to ship your item/s back after the 7 day period, you will not be refunded and will not be eligible for an exchange or any compensation of any sort. We are able to check shipping dates via the tracking on the labels we send you for your returns and exchanges. Our terms are non-negotiable and by purchasing from BUGGIRL200 you agree to these terms. NO EXCEPTIONS! BUGGIRL200 reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not fit these guidelines. No late returns will be accepted.

When will my order ship?

Our processing time varies between 5-15 days depending on our current order quantity. We are a small business and each tee is hand pressed by two fantastic BUGGIRL200 team members in Houston which means our shirts take a bit longer to make than large companies. If you need your order quickly, email us and we can usually accommodate your needs by getting it shipped as soon as possible as long as you are located inside of the USA. You will not be compensated if your order takes longer than expected, but feel free to cancel your order at any time for a full refund before the shipment date by emailing us. once your tee has been shipped, your order cannot be canceled and if you choose to return your order, you will not receive a refund on shipping.

How long does shipping take?

USA orders arrive within 7 days from date of shipment on average. International orders travel for a minimum of 15 days and due to the pandemic, shipping is taking even longer for overseas (outside of USA) deliveries.

I put in the wrong shipping address, what do i do?

Send an email to HELLO@BUGGIRL200.com as soon as possible with the name you ordered under or your order number and the full address you would like to change it to included in the email so we can fix it before your order gets shipped. if we are not able to fix your address by time of shipment and your tee gets sent to the wrong address which you provided, that is 100% your responsibility and you are in charge of your lost item and you will not be refunded or compensated even if the package does get returned to sender. If you fix your address within 4 days of ordering, we can usually fix it before shipment easily, just let us know as soon as you realize! We are a small business and cannot afford to send replacement tees if the error is at the fault of the buyer. this is non negotiable and you agree to these terms by purchasing from BUGGIRL200.

My package never arrived and it's been over a month since i ordered!

track your package on our tracking page and see if there are any updates. if your package appears to be stuck in transit or you cannot find it in the tracking system, there's a possibility it was returned to sender, lost, or delivered to the wrong address. Please email us so we can investigate and help with the issue at hand. If you contact us and the postal service is at fault for your lost package when we look into your order, we will ship a replacement package for free. However, if the cause of the delivery error is at the fault of buyer entering a wrong shipping address during the checkout process, the package is the buyer's responsibility as we do not have the funds to re-ship for buyer error and you will not be compensated or refunded whatsoever. CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Does BUGGIRL200 offer custom tees or take requests?

As fun and honoring as it is getting requests for custom tees, BUGGIRL200 does not have the abilities to offer custom orders. However, if you really want to share an idea that you want to see on the store, email hello@buggirl200.com! We cannot promise that any idea you request will be sold on our store or turned into a design, but we still really love hearing them, chatting with you, and often get really inspired!
