BUGGIRL200 is a small business ran by a couple of really cool girls in Houston, Texas. We will resolve any and every issue submitted to us by our email, hello@buggirl200.com, as long as they satisfy the guidelines below which you agree to by purchasing from BUGGIRL20.com. We do understand that each circumstance is different, so even if you have an issue and did not follow the guidelines, contact us anyway! We will do everything we can to accommodate all needs, even if our guidelines aren't followed.

If the guidelines are not followed, BUGGIRL200 has the right to refuse any requests, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept all exchanges and returns if you contact us through an email to HELLO@BUGGIRL200.com with your order number or the full name the order was placed under within 10 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn except for trying on for size, and is exactly as it arrived. If your email is received by HELLO@BUGGIRL200.com within 10 days of delivery, your exchange or return will be accepted as long as all of the other guidelines are met. Once you email us to begin a return, we will send the return label (free for USA shipping) and begin the return for you. Once you ship your item/s back to us within 10 days of receiving your label, email us and we will verify with the tracking and then ship you the item/s you wish to exchange for or send your refund which will deliver to your original payment method within 10 days of being sent after your package is shipped back to us.

For refunds, the customer will not be refunded the original shipping fee paid on purchase, but you will not be charged shipping to return your item in the USA.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions not allowing us to ship to many countries, international shipping is paused. We are so sorry for this and are eager for the restrictions to end!

When will my order ship?

Our processing time varies between 5-20 days depending on our current order quantity. We are a small business and each tee is hand pressed by two fantastic BUGGIRL200 team members in Houston which means our shirts take a bit longer to make. If you need your order quickly, email us and we can usually accommodate your needs by getting it shipped as soon as possible as long as you are located inside of the USA. You will not be compensated if your order takes longer than expected, but feel free to cancel your order at any time for a full refund before the shipment date by emailing us. Once your tee has been shipped, your order cannot be canceled and if you choose to return your order, you will not receive a refund on shipping.

How long does shipping take?

USA orders arrive within 4-8 days from date of shipment on average, but due to COVID related shipping carrier issues and the busy holiday season, your order may take longer.

I put in the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

Send an email to HELLO@BUGGIRL200.com as soon as possible with the full name or order number the package was ordered under and the full address change requested for the delivery location included in the email so we can fix it before the order is shipped. If we are unable to fix the address by the time of shipment and the order gets sent to the wrong address which the buyer provided, the buyer is in charge of the lost item and will not be refunded or compensated under any circumstances, unless by BUGGIRL200's exception after reviewing the situation. If you fix your address within 3 days of ordering, we can most likely fix it before shipment easily, just let us know as soon as you realize!

My package never arrived and it's been over a month since I ordered.

Track your package on our tracking page and see if there are any updates. If your package appears to be stuck in transit or you cannot find it in the tracking system, there's a possibility it was returned to sender, lost, or delivered to the wrong address. Please email us so we can investigate and help with the issue at hand. If you contact us and the postal service is at fault for the lost package when we look into your order, we will ship a replacement package for free. However, if the cause of the delivery error is at the fault of buyer entering the wrong shipping address during the checkout process, the package is the buyer's responsibility as we do not have the funds to re-ship for buyer error and you will not be compensated or refunded whatsoever, unless by the exception of BUGGIRL200.
