How long will my order take to ship?

Most of Bug Girl’s products are made-to-order in-house, which means they typically ship 1-3 weeks after you place your order. 

Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to most countries. However, please keep in mind:

  • Delivery Times: International shipping times can vary widely, often taking 7-21 days (and sometimes longer). Tracking will be provided until the package arrives in your country. After that, it’s up to your local postal service to provide updates.
  • Customs and Duties: Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as they are set by the destination country. Customs fees are not included in our prices.

Note: Once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on international orders.

Can I update my address after placing the order?

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible through our Customer Support link or email hello@buggirl200.com. We’ll do our best to update your address if the order hasn’t shipped yet, though we cannot guarantee changes after processing.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If you believe your package is lost, please reach out via email at hello@buggirl200.com, and we’ll assist you in filing an inquiry with the carrier.

My order was returned to sender. What can I do?

If your order was returned to us due to a delivery issue, we’ll contact you to see if you’d like it re-shipped. We’ll send an invoice for the additional shipping fee if you choose to have it resent.

If we don’t hear from you within 5 business days, we’ll refund your order, minus the original shipping costs, to the original payment method.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.

If you need to return or exchange your order, please note:

  • Return Shipping Costs: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds available in store credit only for returns

We accept return requests on products within 30 days of delivery as long as they:

  • Were not marked as final sale
  • Were not shipped outside the USA
  • Have not been worn or washed
  • Are still in their original packaging and condition

If you ordered the wrong size or are not satisfied with your item, you can exchange it for a different size or another item of equal value. Please note:

  • You must return your item within 7 days of receiving the return label: Your return is no longer valid and you will not receive a refund or exchange if your item is shipped past the 7 day timeframe.
  • Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds: All refunds are in the form of store credit only.

Important: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for international orders.
